We do not issues refunds, if you are unable to make a class date or no longer want your custom arrangement we will allow a transfer of purchase over to another arrangement or another floral design class of equal value on a different day.
Florals are purchased according to the number of clients who have purchased a seat in the floral design classes. We ask a 48 hour advanced notice of cancelation to any floral design class through our contact page form, same with custom arrangements. If you are canceling a wedding or event we ask for two weeks notice and the refund of your agreement hinders on the duration of prior notice of cancelation.
I the owner can decline any reimbursement of such events. I ask that you reach out ASAP if you need to cancel though my contact page.
Terms and Polices
Alexandra Pallos Flora & Events is not responsible for any injuries or allergic reactions that may occur in a floral design class, or from any event, wedding or custom floral arrangement you have purchased and received. Floral design classes use floral trimmers that may be sharp, you use these trimmers at your own risk. All floral arrangements are set in either a glass, porcelain and or any other material that may break upon careless care, or dropping these items. Alexandra Pallos Floral Design is not responsible for any damages ( physical, material and or allergic) you must be 12 years or older to take a floral design class.
You must be 21 years or older to drink any alcoholic beverage served in my studio, I am not responsible for any impairment while driving a motor vehicle. If accident happens, I am not responsible for any accidents due to negligence or driving a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
